
Sandy Lowengart
Sandy is a seasoned veteran of the Investment Management industry with over 30 years of experience counseling families on preserving and growing their wealth. As a fiduciary to the firm’s clients, he is passionate about delivering objective and unbiased advice, free of conflicts of interest which are typically present at Wall Street brokerage firms. Sandy followed in the footsteps of his father, who was an Investment Counselor at Loomis Sayles for over 50 years. Over the course of his career, Sandy has served as a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at several multibillion dollar firms, where his responsibilities included equity research, asset allocation, manager search and selection and portfolio management. He began his career at Wall Street firms including Lehman Brothers and Cowen & Co. He received his BA in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He lives in Marin County with his wife of 25 years and two teenage children. In his free time he can be found coaching his son’s lacrosse and basketball teams and cooking for the family. He loves to hike the Ross Valley, surf warm water and support Cal sports.
