
Marshall White, CFP
Marshall White opened his investment advisory practice in 1995 following a 30-year career as a Zoologist at the University of California, Berkeley. He completed the Personal Financial Planning Program at UC Berkeley Extension and earned the CFPTM (Certified Financial Planner) designation.
Marshall grew up in Shasta County, California. He graduated from Humboldt State University where he earned BS and Master's degrees in Wildlife Management & Conservation. Marshall then earned his PhD in Vertebrate Ecology at Purdue University. In 1966, Marshall began his career in the Zoology department and Forestry School at UC, Berkeley.
Marshall lived in Kensington with his wife, Jennifer (also UCB retiree) and Annie, their spoiled Brittany Spaniel. Their daughter, Rebecca, is an actress living in Brooklyn. Marshall enjoyed hiking and fishing, and other outdoors activities.
